- Cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale — starting around 20% if you cancel 3 days before your stay, rising to 100% for a same-day cancellation.
- Tsutsujiso closes for maintenance in mid-January and mid-June each year, so double-check availability if your trip falls near either window.
